Did you know that Microsoft came out with the most recent Microsoft Word program, combined with medical offices software and other tools to assist an assortment of business operators? Microsoft has integrated some powerful tools that make it easy for you to manage your medical records.

You can use page layout, references, the insert tab, home tools, mailing, review, and view tabs to create manageable medical software that helps you to keep your records in order. View has many tools, which allow you to map documents. You can add to the Quick Access tools, customize the tools, minimize, or show the ribbons. The thumbnails give you the same powerful tools as the document map.

 

Another feature is zoom in which allows you to view your documents at any size. You can also divide the pages so that you do not have to scroll up and down the pages. You can create drafts, outlines, web layout documents, create web pages, print, and do other things with the tools Microsoft has to offer. You can also "Add all titles," or split the windows so that you can view two separate documents at a time. Macros are added by clicking the tab at the top right of Microsoft's View screen.

In the Review pane you can create new documents, make comments, insert footnotes, track changes, show markups, review pane, set languages, translate, use word count, the thesaurus, or research the Internet. You can edit the files by using the spelling/grammar command. You can also accept, reject, or make changes within a document. You can compare files, protect your documents, or choose how you want to view the files by selecting the Balloon command.

Mailing tools enable you to edit recipient lists, select recipients, start mail merge, create labels, design envelops, create greeting lines, and so on. You can create address blocks, highlight the merge fields, insert merge fields, match fields, update labels, set rules, and review your results. Everything is at your command in the new version of Microsoft Word. You also have tools to help you find recipients, check for errors, and so on.

Page layout lets you design your pages or records. In this area, you set margins, size, columns, line numbers, hyphenation, breaks, fonts, colors, effects, themes, or insert watermarks. Page color, borders, background, and more selections give you the control of your medical offices software.

At the Insert pane, you can add pictures, images, clip art, shapes, smart art, charts, hyperlinks, bookmark and more. You can use the signature line to leave your mark, or add the date and time.

Other commands give you control of your medical records, by allowing you to send and receive records or statements online. With all these features, using medical software can be much easier.
